Happy 4th of July!
July 4 Cookout and Games Cookout is from noon til 2:00pm - Bring a side dish/appetizer to share - no chips, please. If you are planning to take part in the cookout, please bring enough to cover your family and one other family - we did not have enough side dishes/desserts on Memorial Day! We'll grill up the burgers and hot dogs and provide beans, chips and lemonade. $4 per plate. Family Games start at 2:30, if we have people to volunteer to help out - I'm looking for organizers for games for different age groups - are you interested? Will you help? Drop me a line with your ideas! We'll also have another Horseshoe Tournament, so look for the signup sheet closer to the day of the event!

Reminder - Glass is not permitted at TVWRA. Please do not put any glass in the trash cans.
Lost... and Found
Please remember to look for your misplaced items in the lost and found area at the lifeguard table (near the men's restroom). If you left your bowls/containers at the last cookout, please check the snack building.
Time to Grill!
Everyone loves to grill but now and then may forget a key
ingredient, charcoal! Individual members contribute charcoal to the charcoal bucket (white
trash can) near the snack shed. If you need to borrow any charcoal from the
charcoal bucket, please replace it before the
weekend. If you have left over charcoal after grilling, please contribute
it to the can for the next time. We all love grilling out at TVWRA - let's work together to keep the grill hot!

Tennis ladders sign up are posted on the bulletin board (near the men's restroom) - men, ladies, girls and boys - don't forget to sign up!

Support Your Pool
Float Nights - Saturdays 6 - 8pm
Come join the fun! The diving well is closed to make room for fins, flippers, noodles, and floats. Please be mindful of the size of your float/tube - oversized floats/tubes will not be allowed if children can get trapped under them! The Board and/or the lifeguards can limit the size of the float if they feel it is unsafe to our membership and guests. Please remember children of all sizes and ages will be sharing the pool during this fun time - excessive rowdiness and rough play will not be tolerated.

If you have not paid already, bring your application
and dues to the Pool. If you are not returning and want your email removed from the list; If you want to add an additional email to the list; or know of families who may want to
join the pool please send a note to Nina Nolley.
New Sign-in Process this Season
For safety's sake, we are making a change to our sign-in process that will allow us to better track who is at the pool each day. It's easy! Each paid member has his/her own family page to record visits to the pool. When you arrive at the front desk, simply give your name to the gate guard, who will open the book to your page. All you need to do is fill in the first empty line on your sheet. We will also have a separate Guest Register this year. ALL guests (paid, out of town/unpaid, and passes) MUST be logged into the separate Guest Register before they will be admitted to the pool. If you have not paid your dues by Opening Day, please bring your application and dues with you when you come to the pool. Once paid, we will make your family page. back

Swimmers have a new suit this year that may be purchased at Disco Sports (just let them know you want the TVW team suit).
