Volunteering

Reminder: To finalize registration, you MUST sign up for volunteer slots. You cannot move onto the next page until at least 6 volunteer shifts are filled.
- When you sit down to register, grab your summer calendar to figure out what meets you can volunteer at while planning around vacation and work then add your volunteer commitments.
- All 6 meets are in the Volunteer page with all the jobs associated with them. Some

- When you sign up for at least 6 shifts you will see the “Next Step” button available to click at the bottom of the page:

- The Tiger Shark Swim Team only works with the commitment of all our parents and your support is essential in making our season successful.
- These positions are for Certified Officials: Referee, Clerk of Course, Starter, Strokes & Turns, Head Computer Rep, Head Table Worker. If you are interested in helping out the team in a big way becoming an Official, please reach out to Valerie.
- Rebecca Thompson is our Volunteer Coordinator and can assist you if you have to swap a volunteer shift: rebecca.t.thompson0602@gmail.com

To place order, check out the merchandise link on Swimtopia when you register!
All merch is pre-order this year.
You can pay for your merchandise by check or with a credit card at the Meet the Coaches event on May 18.

Payment for Registration

If you wish to pay for registration by check, payments can either be mailed or dropped off at Valerie Kelly’s house: 12806 Fox Meadow Drive, Henrico, VA 23233.
This year we are able to offer credit card payment with a processing fee online or in-person. You can pay by credit card in-person on Saturday, May 18 from 2:30-4 pm @ the Pool while you meet Coach Graham at the Open House. You can also follow the link to pay online as you register.
Merchandise will be billed and paid for separately from swim team registration and you will be sent an invoice.
